Bought this. The white circles on the dress are more off white than white, and the actual colour of the dress is not as bright as shown in the pic (prob due to the lighting). Unlike the pic, the inner layer is not tiered and extend beyond the actual dress. Instead, the inner layer is shorter than the dress by approx by a few inches, and is not tiered. As a result of the inner layer being shorter than the rest, it is advised that this piece be worn with leggings. Looks lovely with a waisted belt :)
