FAQ

Below is a list of questions you all might have in your minds. If there is anything that isn't answered here, do feel free to email your enquiries to me at blogshopperz@gmail.com. =)

What are kind of questions do you wish to have answered?

General

Where are you located?
Singapore.

Who can buy?
Anyone can buy, as long as you have the means of paying through either Paypal or POSB/OCBC bank transfer. Instocks are held in my humble abode in Singapore, so if you happen to be living overseas and are interested in getting anything from here, it is possible as long as you're alright with me using overseas post (which can really cost a bomb depending on where you are). Rates can be calculated here.

Do the prices include postage?
Yes, the prices include normal postage.

In what situations can I get discounts?
As a form of gratitude to my buyers, I formed the following discount patterns. If you buy:

3-4 items: 5% discount
5-9 items: 5% discount + free registered postage
10 or more items: 8% discount + free registered postage

View the Promotions page for the full list of promotions available.

How are the postage rates like?
Normal postage fees are included in the price, while registered postage would require an additional $2.24. Overseas postage will follow the Singpost rates.

Do you do meetups?
Nope. Sorry, I don't provide meetups at the moment, as my current schedule is extremely irregular and unpredictable. I may offer this option in the future though =)

Can I request for something from your 'Out of Stock' category?
Yes, of course =) If you see something you like that happens to be out of stock, do email me at blogshopperz@gmail.com and I'll see if I can get any more in from my supplier. ^^ If certain items are more popular, I will probably order more of it in the next round too.

Payment

How to pay?
Transfer to my OCBC account will be the most preferred, but if it is really needed, transfer to my POSB Account will be alright too. Paypal is accepted as well. More choices may be available in the future, but as of now, these are the three methods that I accept. =)

Won't transferring to your OCBC Account from my POSB Account incur charges?
No, it will not. I have transferred money from my POSB to my OCBC account many times, and not once was any charges incurred.

To put my friends/buyers' minds at ease, I have also emailed the POSB/DBS people requesting clarification for this common worry, and they have assured me that no charges are incurred as a result of transferring to a third party bank. =)

As for transferring from other banks, I am not very sure. However, I know for sure that POSB and OCBC do not charge for transferring to third party banks.
